    Isn't it only 3 other people now?

    I have PixelJunk Monsters, SFDM, GTA LCS, GTA CTW, LBP, Echochrome, all for PSP
    Worms, Siren, Warhawk, Fat Princess for PS3
    Spyro, Syphon Filter PS1

    I count as one person, Mrkrayzie420, JeremyCopen make 3 people guaranteed on my account. xkodkillerx idk if she DLed anything. so it might be 2 more spots.

    Yes you have to DL, it activates the system with the account certificate thing when you first download something like on PSP.
