Yes, the United states is one of the elite countries of the world. We can fight 2 wars, have at least 20 puppet governments and still run them while in a recession. Can Canada do that? Nope.

I believe he said an elite country, not an elite power. I know you guys have a powerful army, but there's nothing elite about your country as a whole, or it's citizens for that matter.
