    Well there are none on the 360 they get banned and btw microsoft banned all modded consoles from accessing live i heard some on ps3 tho.

    ok u got your shit wrong they can only ban when the person is playing a burnt copy online but there is this thing called stealth burning. oh yeah and they do get banned for haxin
