I'm with Legacy on this one.
Not sure if the new CFW 4.xx is worth it. I'm comfortable as is using the 3.90M33-3; nevertheless, I have downloaded the files for my records. Therefore, I would like to give thanks to both WhiteShadow and WhoIsYou for the upload and noob friendly tutorial. I find this very easy and friendly to follow, but I’m holding off for now.

Yeah, same here. I probably will get 4.01 M33 when they finish updating it and move on to a new firmware, so that all the bugs are fix =]

Roflcopter didn't you just get CFW like 10 minutes ago?
Besides 4.01m33-2 doesn't have any bugs from what I've seen so far, everything runs for me, nitePR searches faster.... What's not to like o_O
