Primary Perfect Shot, problem.

Alright guys this is a VERY frustrating problem I am having. Before in the 1.50 patch days, the primary shot worked perfectly. These days I use it, and I swear I finish the whole clip and the guy doesnt die. Its so annoying, and happens in like every room, sometimes they die, 9/10 times they dont. I tried other codes like Primary Gun Upgrades and it works more often.
I try using no codes, then it works fine but I usually I die since theres always a hacker using gun codes. lol

The main problem I have is that sometimes the guy just dont wont die, and the game isnt even lagging. And the guy is legit and isnt hacking cz i see my teammates killing fine. So any ideas or help would be awesome.
Also is there a no ban No Recoil/Spread code, maybe that might work.

you know ur connection might be bad. just becuz ur not laggin doesnt mean ur connection aint bad.
