Um well a large portion of the cars unlock when you get rep, the Legend code is a rep mod, i made it in LA not sure if it works in Tokyo, anyway yeah that unlocks a bunch.

hmm i hope so, cuz i used rep codes before from ppl like legANDary and it made all my challenges on my map vanish at like 20% progress of the game.. so had to start all over again without rep code to get legend status.. so imma give urs a try on a new savegame so i hope it wont mess up my game
