Im having trouble do i need to download this stuff to cpu or psp cuz my umm cpu barely downloads stuff and i was wondering if i could save any of this straight to my psp if so how?

you have to put them in the right folders on your psp, and add cheats, so you need your comp for that

Downloading Stuff like NitePR,Custom firmwares or plugins.

cpu has nothing to do with dl,he might b thinking of the hardrive
