LOL, you can "rank down" if you think about it, just search ur kills, and make it lower (choose a negative number)

yup. i witnessed it before on one of my accounts. It said "RO Rank Achieved" and showed the R weps. xD

that's what i meant when i said "can you only do it once" on one account. but lets say that i did it once and went from R3 to O3, but this time i want to go from O3 to T2. is it possible?

yes you can do it more than once. but you have to make sure you add an amount of kills that will make your total # of kills, the amount that you need for each rank.
EXAMPLE: 01=700 total kills, T1=2400 total kills, T3=about 3600-3800 total kills.
