Just go to the browser, and go to to that line, and edit it

or...

Add an empty cheat and set value to what you want

or...

Add the address to your .txt file and modify the value as you want.

Just make it like a code .. u no like impostors
More clear :
after u chnge it into the browser
go to the decoder
go check the address wich their V.hex has been chnged and save it on new cheat or on txt

v.hex = the value hex its ritten just on address's right
