A .HOG File Opener?

I am experimenting with some graphical modifications of R:R by reverse engineering codes through tampering with the .INI files as well as some of the multimedia files, but I am finding most of them are .HOG format (used by Decent 2??? wtf) and I cannot, for the life of me, find any software capable of reading this file. Any suggestions? Sorry in advance if I posted this in the wrong area, but this seemed like it would be the best.

You're not going to find one. It's a format that sony uses for this specific purpose - so that people can't modify them.

Unless you work for sony, or one of their close partners, you're out of luck.

id recommend trying to find some leaked software, but like pain said, its not gunna be easy to find!
