Learner's License would be the same I guess, if it's the one that lets you drive if you have someone with a license 21 or over in the passenger seat.

I thought it was a legal gardian, or someone of the age of 18.

No you don't? you only need to have a permit.
In arizona, you get a permit at 15 years & 6 months.
You can drive with anyone over 18 in the passengers seat.
to get your license you need to have your permit for at least 6 months from the time you got it, and be 16 years of age. :]

Well, my 16th b-day is friday, and I get my license :]

But here in IL, you need to take driver's school to get your permit.
Then you need to keep that for at least 6 months I think, and you need 50 hours of driving.
All of that to get your license on 16th b-day.

Oh, and here, the passenger has to be 21+ with a drivers license.

lol someone is smart. I'm just posting today because i wont be on tomorrow seeing as is my dad wont take me to get my laptop like a little fucking Jew.

anyway since were all debating; the laws in Oregon are:

permit= 15 years of age, nothing else

License= 16 years of age, and have your permit for at least one year, and 100 hours of driving time or 50 hours of driving time with drivers ed

License with passenger= license for 6 months
