probably an 88-v3. Upgrade to 5.03 OFW, then use the ChickHEN R2 exploit to run PSPTool. (http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1637) Go to About, Hardware Information and see what the mobo version is. If it's an 88-v3 then if you want CFW on it it'll have to be 5.03 GEN-A (http://www.psp-hacks.com/2009/06/06/...-the-psp-3000/)
If it's not an 88-v3 then i dunno, try remaking your mms or something.
