Browser help

OK so i've just a tiny bit of questions on hacking SDFM
1. Ok so i know how to edit in the Browser, such as giving the saweds some scopes ( still working on the zoom level :/ ), but what i dont get is how to change that into actual codes. I do, although, know that i need to copy and paste the address that edited in to a new cheat, and this is the part that confuses me, do i just go anywhere in the value and copy and paste into the new cheat or what????

2.I,ve found quiet a bit of nice guns such as z_base_shoutgun and z_grenade how would i make my guy hold them??? Also ive found X-Ray Googles how do i get to use those

IF COULD PLZZZZZ ANSWER THESE WUESTION IN DEPTH THAT WOULD BE AWESOME. TIA. LOL SORRY ABOUT THE NUBBISH QUESTIONS I'M NEW TO MAKING MY OWN CODES...:/
