Um no, they were votes from active members at the time nooblet.
And TIME has nothing to do with SOTW, if I made a sig that got the most votes in 1 minute and cereal spent hours on his, then it's his problem not mine.

You can't make the SOTW system based on votes and then randomly decide that you're going to chose the winner just because you didn't like the real winner's work.
