Noo, what you wanna do is look at the right side of the decoder... It looks something like

---Address-----------Hex--------------Opcode------------Args
0xADDRESS------ 0xVALUE -------------j--------- $ADDRESS

The red will be numbers, that's what I believe you're asking for.. just follow that.
