a hard mod you cut your battery open and cut the lines under 19. then you add the ms files put on cfw all of that good stuff you want and then you just re-draw the lines with a really fine pencil.

A soft mod im not to sure but i think all you do with that is flash the files to your psp, really risky apperantly
