Well I was only thinking logically like how it was shown. The 40 dollars one is the best deal clearly, which why i impressed whoever did this was smart. See if i pay 13 dollars i would be losing out. Yet again by question not answered.

^^ That's true, but some people like to keep their membership so paying every 3 months isn't practical...
