    the ctf themes are not appearing in my custom theme section on my psp.

    It should work. Is ur psp's firmware 5.00 m33.
    Did u take the ctf file out of the folder that u downloaded and put in ur psp's theme folder. There is a wallpaper pack u can put in ur psp's picture folder also.
