It's a new pc tool. Usefull if you want run some apps : apps working with 5.00 M33 , but not with 5.03 TDP.
This tool modifies the files and allows you to enjoy some of this apps using 5.03 TDP.
Any suggestion can be written in our blog.

it used the m33 vsh menu.. had it in vsh/xmb recovery..
inside recovery it had hide mac adress spoof version
clear internet private data
etc;
