I'm pretty sure WIY would have agreed with me. But since I would rather not start an argument here, I tested it.
Yes, it DOES work. Apparently single player mode is either non-DMA or admin found an alternative way of making inf hp. (like making no damage instead) Either way I don't really care. Glad it works.
I would like to note however, that the code cannot be turned off by any means that I know of other than restarting. If there is another way to deactivate it then I'm sure many would appreciate it if someone would share it.

It's easy creating info ammo, but every time I die or restart the level it stops working. Info health takes a lot longer to make, and still has the same problem. And every single level I've had to make new codes, because the old ones don't work anymore. I think there are ways around having to create a new code every single time, but I'm just not skilled enough to do it. So, until someone who knows what their doing makes some codes it really is better to just try and beat it fair. I think.

Just unconventional. Usually the subs start with jumps. (yours doesn't) So it didn't look like one and I assumed it wasn't a working health code because:
1. No jump (= no sub)
or
2. No 0xFFFFFFFF (= no DMA)
