you must not know much because this is an extremely easy code to make

i was wonder the same thing but i was to lazy to try to make it but the first time i tried i got it..

step1: set down 3 mines then search for exact value "3"
step2: destroy 2 mines and search for exact value "1"
step3: set one more and search for exact value "2"
step4: you should have to results (if you have more then that just continue the proses of setting and searching/destroying and searching
step5: change both values to how ever many mines you wish to be able to set 10,100,1000,10000 ect

if this dos not work there is a second way

step1: set 3 mines then search for an unknown value
step2: destroy some then search unknown value "less"
step3: set some more a search unknown value "greater"
step4: continue to do this untell you have narrowed down the search to 2-10 results
step5: to make sure you only got the correct values set and destroy a few mines and look for the values that change
step6: change those value to a higher value
