I think with my copy and past onto my PC which I zoomed into it is a program that Generates a special EBOOT which will apply selected patches to Syphon Filter: Combat Ops before launching it"

In which it changes the look of the game (Text, Background ect.)

I'm only guesing though.

also you don't put this into you'e ISO folder you put this into you're PSP game folder

hmm i dont think that you would run it from your psp i think it a program you have to run from your pc and then generate a new eboot like your saying and then add it to your code list or something not sure how it would look
