sony bans ur psn...
"The use of Playstation(R)Network is suspended for this account"
is wat u get wen u try logging in.
its server side so you cant unban urself. ull have to w8...unless its ur 3rd offense...

What you don't understand is I also have another ban message, which is RR only.. An actual screen in the RR games pops up.... *gets psp*

Doubt it's last minute, ot hard to change text. Not to mention you can probably find the same string in SF (I think i've seen banned in dumps) although thy never banned.
