I find that thepiratebay is quite useful since it is public, but is designed in such a way that it cannot be shut down. Also, I personally use Opera 9, which allows for torrent downloading straight from the actual browser window (it has a specialized tab that manages and accelerates all downloads, up to, and including torrent downloads), AND it seeds as well as will let you unpack (if .rar or ISO) or browse the download folder. Its pretty nice... Another good private client to use is USENexT, but lately I havent found any good files on there.. :woa::woa:
