It's not complex enough to require a video tutorial. So far you are the only person who has asked me to make some type of guide. (no offense) Could you maybe be more specific on where you are stuck? (btw, it's a program which runs on windows. it does not go on your psp)

If you know how to find a weapon address and have Microsoft Access, you can add it yourself in the Weapons.mdb file. ;)
