    I mean manually make a weapon mod. For SFDM. Obviously, since there is no WM for SFDM yet, you cant make it with WM. And I taught you weapon mods on LS/CO, not on DM. Unless you taught yourself DM mods sometime since then, you prob can't do them. They are different than CO/LS. An offset is a (usually) three digit value which WM uses to calculate addresses. Also known as a Mod ID.
