Control/View Your Computer From PSP(VNC Portal)

um.. so wheres the actual instructions on here where you "Will Show [us] How To Use And Setup Your VNC Portal"? Aside from having to download the files first? I have the programs already, just never could get them to work (PSP not finding my computer, computer not keeping server open, etc.)

I've followed all the instructions and tried everything and still get the "Error: cannot initialize" message... any suggestions?
