well i know a poor man's way to do it...

Take and analog of an old PS1 controller and glue the circular bottom to your four buttons (X, [],/\,O) and when you move the analog the buttons will be pressed down... my friend did this and says it works great

Ok your saying that you can take a ps1 controller analog and put on ur psp.
