What firmware are you trying to install?
You CANNOT go from OFW to CFW, you must be at 1.50 to install any FW or use a pandora battery to downgrade.

still trying M33s but my version of psp is 3.80 it dat the problem?

ok, did you read what kill3r said? obviously not... you can't just go from a OFW higher than 1.5 (like 3.8) to M33. You need to use a pandora battery. check the tutorial section on how to make one.
