1.) No pre-made signatures(Signatures you've made before this thread)
2.) No ripping, this includes entire layouts, bgs, and the signature itself
3.) Keep your .psd document as proof until the contest ends
4.) Talk about S.O.T.W. #9 in the Discussions Thread ONLY!
