hi guys just new here and i've red all about the nitepr, just wanna ask how am i gonna do this code to unlock all characters in SFCO,

#Every Character (mission mod)
;GaMeRrEmAg
;Put in value of your character
;Pimp is 28 Hooker is 29
;Count up from zero (0,1,2,3) and thats value of your character
;First Code is Team 1
;Second is Team 2
;Turn on AFTER you pick your characters =)

i just can't understand what am i gonna do with this step by step, how can i "put in value of your character"?
and what am i gonna do with the " pimp is 28 hooker is 29?" and next one, pls answer this
