It was doing that but when I held and the off switch I was able to turn it back on and then when I was able to turn it back on and then It wouldn't move or anything and stuff but it started working again so I'm confused.....if it were to be bricked, there would be a black screen, the screen's backlight would turn on, and all you would see if a illuminated black screen, so i would recommend, update your PSP's custom firmware, and if that doesnt help, try this but only as a last attempt!! open up your PSP (if your unsure on how to do this, either ask tacticalmobius in the mod section, or check out some of his posts, they are GREAT), ok now that its opened try and clean out under all the buttons that DONT work(why fix somethings that broken? lol) if that doesnt work....new psp
maybe a plugin you have enabled is causing this?

Chances are... Its having a difficulty reading the disk ethier from the disk being messed up or the reader being messed up.
