    Question Should I release this?

    Im wondering if this should be VIP cause alot of people dont know how to do it...Its the multicolor GUIDE not code..Im trying to make a Code but for now its just a Guide...For those who dont know what this is its how to make your cell multicolor and chat multicolor...its for people who no how to make codes because its not just a code so...should I release?
