Hmm. The only type of person who can keep a hacker in check is another (better or equal) hacker. So unless your a hacker, you cant do that job. And if you are a hacker, then who watches to make sure you don't mess it up?

And suppose you found someone who was a threat? What would do? You cant ban them cause a hacker can easily get around a ban. So what defense is there other than an offensive defense? (a threat or a retaliation against his computer. and I don't think this site would do very well in between a hacker fight)
