Pft McDonalds food has so many preservatives it'll last for months, and by then after eating that for so long he'll die anyway, so he has nothing to worry about.

hes not crippled, he can dip them back in the oil and turn on the heat, or even better just cook them himself, it only takes a few minutes...
All the food is there in the freezer so wtv...
And there's other fast food joints,he'll never run out before he dies...
