can u make a firmware upgrade 2 a custom firmware without making a pandora's battery n if u cant.... my cuz has a psp which has custom firmware 3.90M33 i think or higher can i soft mod my psp n how? he has the slim n so do i.

you will need a pandora battery, but using your cousins psp do this: http://www.codinghs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1981
then you can change the battery back to a normal battery.

my current firmware is 4.05 but i have my original psp n i have a fat battery n i want 2 unbrick dat 1 den make it into CFW can some 1 give me a link with a tutorial dat shows da new psp fat battery when u open it it has da chips on top not on da sides
