Seeing as how it looks weird, the 2nd gun probably doesn't do anything, just looks like it... But not sure...

that would be cool if u jokered this mod and pressed L to fire with one gun, and press R to fire with the other, that would be sweet

or you can hold right, and press one of many buttons to change your weapon and shoot with it..

Uh yeah, thats not gonna happen. Its the dual wield mod (sidearm category) with the wrong mount style/holding position so the game puts two different gun models instead of two of the same. the only weapon shooting is the one selected. (the second or fake one does not lose any rounds)
