    no no no, MIPs is the language the processor used, then which the games must follow in order to function properly....and learning MIPs is going to take some time ;) if you have aim or something i can send you some links and get you started!....here i dont think its against the rules to give this link out, its just a wiki, and tact shouted links for wiki so...if there is a prob ill remove the link.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIPS_architecture

    what do you mean "no no no" mips is programming, and last i checked the processor is part of the PSP, so it's the programming the psp uses =]
