DUDE, why would someone post an emp that explodes bubbles but has no damage? that wud be completley useless

Why not, some people like just changing effect, you didn't state it kills, people won't just magically know it.
I also specifically stated I know what it does, and that you should post it for other people.
Maybe people would like to have an alternate effect, then when they throw this it kills people and everyone think they're hacking.... Not cool
