    "Dear, Mr/Mr(s)

I recently bought a wireless router for my internet, and I relized I
had recently purchased games that are online compatible, but whenever
I try to make a new account it says I need a Network Access Code, i
read were it said it should be but i can seem to find it, or have
recieved one. I really want to play some of these games with all my
mates who say they're great online games. I am really missing out on
playing online with my mates, Is there a way to get one of these
Network Access Codes? Could you possibly send me one so I can play
    with my mates?

Thank you, and I would really appreciate it"

It took less than one day too! I sent the email last night, and woke up and found I got the "replacement" NAC!
