YES, IT WORKS ON XP!!! (and ill say it again)

(If not, make sure you have Windows XP Service Pack 3 installed through windows update as well as .NET Framework 3.5)

If you get that error that everybody seems to be getting when they first download, then install this: Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5

No more separate versions. Just one. With all the features. ;) Finally.

    Download: Weapon Modifier Webpage

New Release 9.0 OS Added Features
    -Upgraded to "Advanced" Mode
    ~ More Weapons
    ~ Damage Unlocked
    ~ Range Unlocked
    -Open Source
    -All security features removed
    -Weapon Model
    -Projectile Model
    -Projectile Distance
    -New Interface

    Ok, thank you.

Make sure that you have .NET Framework 3.5 installed (usually through microsoft updates)

You can find it here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Ok, i just installed framework 3.5 on a separate machine with a fresh xp install. Still doesnt work. Strange because my main xp comp works. Do you have microsoft access installed?

It would be a good idea to leave the framework installed anyways for future applications.
