i would give it sometime. i got was emailed by my internet server provider about a year ago, and they "threatened" to stop my internet connection. any way i think those messages scare off most people so they might not be moderating you anymore, just dont download a ton of stuff all at the same time and i think you should be good to go.

i downloaded Skins Uk season 4. this has never happened to me before. first time in like 5 years. been downloading for like 5 years

As long as it isn't peer-to-peer (like torrents are). It's also 99.9% likely that your ISP isn't actually monitoring you, they just got a notice from some company's lawyer and they forward the message to you.

Torrents = bad
Direct downloads = good
