    Oh so you dont know if it works...
    i just want to be able to play Syphon filter 1 on my
    psp is there another way?

    Poplsoader should be on your psp if you updated to 5.00 M33, check in your mem stick in the seplugins folder.

    Then if it's there just enable it in recovery mode and place your PS1 game in PSP/GAME
