Good laptop to get for school?

I wouldn't trust hp in my opinion. I bought a laptop from them 2 years ago and it broke down 3xs. It had the same problem it would just not turn on for some reason. This also happened to my cousin who bought a touchscreen laptop from them and the touchscreen kept messing up and it wouldn't get wi fi for some reason. So you would have to use an ethernet cord which is annoying if you have a laptop. And he did the same thing he sent it back and it was broken within a month or so.

I've never had a problem with HP :/ I'd actually recommend them.
