I think you should get this laptop. it looks decent plus you can change the color of the keyboard and alienware logo. You can even change it to hot pink!

The Macs have 10 hour battery life, and they are only .9" thin. the alienware one looks cool, but it only has an 11" screen and I feel like that would bee too small for working on school stuff. The fact that you can change colors on it is awesome too. I was going to by an Asus laptop, shown here:
