The Macs have 10 hour battery life, and they are only .9" thin. the alienware one looks cool, but it only has an 11" screen and I feel like that would bee too small for working on school stuff. The fact that you can change colors on it is awesome too. I was going to by an Asus laptop, shown here:

Btw, i bought the macbook, i have 14 days to return it now if i don't like it.
