    I'm assuming that you meant take OFF a keylogger... any good antivirus software should be able to remove it. A couple free ones that I can think of off the top of my head are Spybot S&D and SuperAntiSpyware. And I'm sure the people who reply after me will have many other programs to suggest as well.

    Anti virus software like malwarebytes.

    Free version DOESNT have real-time though. But I use it to scan because its a highly effective scanner and remover.
