3) It's also not a proper comparison, because it CLEARLY states that it uses each country's home currency, rather than comparing using a common currency (usually they use the US dollar).
Tons of those amounts would drop waaaaaaay low if they converted it to US currency to compare properly, while the US's would remain the same.

Per capita is what matters. If you're comparing countries with large margins in the difference between population...it's really the only fair way to do it. And Canada was circled because it's only the Canadians here that make threads like this pointed at the US. Not trying to start shit, it's a fact.
