I just tested it out myself, and I gotta say, it actually looks great, the only thing that's out of place is a couple of links in the navbar.
Are you using HD or SD TV? SD's display things weird on a lot of sites and have a lot of other problems with the browser.
It's nothing we can really fix, perhaps other skins (if/when we get them) may work better and be more ps3-friendly, but until then I could only suggest that you try the mobile theme, or mess with the settings in the broswer.
    Tools > Resolution
    and
    Tools > Display Area

Mobile skin sucks. I want to see the whole site killer.

I'm using a sd tv WIY. I'll try messing with the settings.

Yeah, that's most likely the reason.
Do you go to any other sites that use vbulletin 4.0.X ? And have a skin that doesn't mess up?

Not that i know of. This is the 1st time i've had a site do that on my ps3. Putting the resolution on +2 helps out.

Alright, well I'll take a look around for some more themes tomorrow that would hopefully not mess up, although there aren't too many styles for vb4 at the moment.

As for the mobile theme, what features is it missing that you would want, other than a prettier style

I'm not gonna be using the mobile theme.
I would ask people who use the mobile theme about how it looks.
