oh man this is not a ban , this error cuz i changed my connection from wpa tp wep to use psnabler
btw i return it back to wpa but i still cant use psnabler

return you modem to wep security and use the final release of psnabler or
in you pc go to Run and write command and go --> in the ''command'' menu write ''ipconfig'' and press enter
